Couch to 5K

I have so many friends that run. Some run for exercise, some do it for fun ( not really sure why), some do it to train for the half marathon . Well I have decided to starting training for a 5k in October.  My reason is really only so I can say I did it ( a bucket list item).  Well and that I need to drop a ton of weight off this butt of mine. I have downloaded the Couch to 5K on my Iphone.   I am SOO NOT A RUNNER. I never have been EVER.  My hope and prayer is by writting this that at least the 2 people who read my blog will help keep me motivated.
