Cheer Camp

This is Lauren's 2nd year to cheer for the Dolphins FFL squad. She LOVES every minute of it. Loves all the girls and LOVES her coaches. We are so happy that she has finally found something that she truly likes. She played soccer and that was not her thing. Bless her heart she played for 4 seasons and only scored one goal. So between soccer and dance she has found her calling.

Could it be....

Could it be that they aren't fighting ?? I feel like all summer long all I have said to my kids is "stop fighting ". Well, we went to the library the other day to try and fill up our afternoon. As we were leaving I realized that we had not had ONE fight. NOT ONE.. so I got some pics of the kids to remember this momentous occasion.

Only 30 something days left of summer. I can do it.. YES I CAN...

I Like big butts...

Like most little girls Lauren loves to play with Barbies. But now she has become obsessed with the "ethnic" Barbies. Because in Lauren words" I love that they have lips and big booties". Then she asks ''when will by bottie get big". As I tell her" Honey, trust me you don't want one."

Happy 9th Birthday...

I cant believe my sweet baby girl is 9 yrs old. She is turning into such a sweet little lady. We spent her birthday at Nana and Granddaddy's. She had a great time helping Nana make her favorite cake EVER. It's a Fudge cake.. We had an amazing time at the farm. I love you sweet girl.

The bugs LOVE Walker.. Not...

Walker loves my parents farm so much but the ants/bugs LOVE to bite him. Poor guy got attacked by something the first day we were there and his foot doubled in size from the swelling. After that he made sure to have his Grandaddy put ant killer down.

Farm Life..

Walker thinks that he can run around naked on the farm. He keeps saying that Granddaddy says its ok to pee outside. Well as you can see he took what Granddaddy said to heart..

Hip-hop all the way.....

Lauren took dance this year for the first time and has fallen in love. She loved everything about it. Honestly I think her favorite part was the make-up and hair for the recital. She told me the other day that she REALLY wants to take 2 or 3 classes in the fall. I think it has to do with the fact that she can be on stage that many times. She absolutely LOVED being on stage and even said the only thing she needs a microphone. HAHA !! Her singing voice may scare people away. I told her she needs to keep her day job.

Lauren and Caitlyn meet a few years ago. Caitlyn's younger sister Jayden was in Walker's class a few years in a row. So glad the girls able to share this experience.

All of these girls are just so sweet. Juliann ( the Queen of the Bloggers ) haha took most of these pics and did a great job. We are so thankful that we have become friends. Lauren absolutely loves all of the girls. Hopefully we can share dance class again next year.

It was an awesome experience for Lauren. I think we may have found her calling.
